First Baptist offers classes in Christian Education for all ages on Sunday Mornings. There is a general opening session for those 3 years old through middle school at 9:15 in the Music Room. Students then go to their classrooms. Adults have two options to chose from: an Issues Class that meets in Room 14 at 9:15 on Sunday mornings, and an Evening Bible Study that meets on the fourth Wednesday of each month at 7:30. On the first Sunday of each month all students (3 years through adult) meet in Fellowship Hall for a special opening. Nursery care is available for those under 3 years of age.
The Board of Christian Education offers grants for college students and scholarships for summer camp. Social and service events are scheduled throughout the year. Kidz Krafts is a time of social interaction for children in grades one throughg six. Activities include making craft items to sell at the Holly Fair and playing games.
Vacation Bible School is offered during the summer. This year we explored Main Street USA.
